Office Administrator with Accounting Background

Job Summary
We seek an experienced Office Administrator with an accounting background to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a variety of administrative and accounting tasks to ensure the smooth operations of the office.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform routine accounting duties, including financial document preparation and data entry.
- Maintain accurate and timely accounting records.
- Provide administrative support to the management and staff, including HR matters and office correspondence.
- Liaise with external parties to ensure efficient workflow.
- Contribute to other tasks as needed.
Essential Requirements
- Qualification in accounting or related field.
- At least 2-3 years of accounting experience.
- At least 2-3 years of administration and office management experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Familiarity with Xero software is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently.
- Previous experience in a pioneering team and office setup is advantageous.
