Job Summary

We seek an experienced Office Administrator with an accounting background to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a variety of administrative and accounting tasks to ensure the smooth operations of the office.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Perform routine accounting duties, including financial document preparation and data entry.
  • Maintain accurate and timely accounting records.
  • Provide administrative support to the management and staff, including HR matters and office correspondence.
  • Liaise with external parties to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Contribute to other tasks as needed.

Essential Requirements

  • Qualification in accounting or related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of accounting experience.
  • At least 2-3 years of administration and office management experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Familiarity with Xero software is beneficial.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Previous experience in a pioneering team and office setup is advantageous.
