Administrative Director

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Director to lead the setup of our new office. This individual will oversee the procurement of office supplies, furniture, and technology infrastructure, ensuring a seamless transition.
About the Job
- Direct the setup of the new office, including equipment installation and staff training.
- Maintain accurate records of business documents, contracts, and agreements.
- Evaluate and implement processes to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and service providers to maintain effective relationships.
- Analyze market trends, providing strategic recommendations to senior management.
- Coordinate meeting schedules, internal communications, and travel arrangements.
- Monitor expenses, manage accounts, and process invoices.
- Support the recruitment process, interview scheduling, and employee onboarding.
- Collaborate with IT vendors to configure software and hardware systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in administrative or operations roles (real estate background preferred).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and communication platforms.
