About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Manager to join our Professional Trade Team in KSA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and fostering relationships with named key accounts and wholesalers to maximize sales and profitability with these accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with key personnel at assigned accounts and wholesalers.
  • Implement sales strategy with key accounts to drive sales growth and maximize profitability.
  • Meet Annual Operating Plan (AOP) sales and margin targets.
  • Establish high levels of customer partnership and satisfaction.
  • Manage and maintain customer relationships and responsible for managing the deal pipeline.
  • Collaborate effectively and efficiently with colleagues and departments.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Management, technology, engineering.
  • 3 years of proven track record in sales target achievements in a complex and challenging environment.
  • Good level of communication in English and ability to engage well with employees at all levels of the organization in addition to local language.
  • The ability to pursue commercial opportunities with energy and discipline and to close deals despite challenges.
  • Energetic and result-driven personality.
  • For male candidates, military service should be completed.
