Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our strategic and core customers, identifying opportunities to grow our business and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Customer Relationship Management:
  • Manage strategic and/or core customers assigned to you, ensuring accurate customer data and hierarchies.
  • Develop and implement customer plans, ensuring approval and follow-up with unit management.
  • Build and coordinate relationships between customers and Kone México, as well as other stakeholders.
  • Evaluate commercial or operational risks or customer complaints related to the account and raise them with the management team.
Sales:
  • Create and manage opportunities in your customer base with the account teams.
  • Share customer knowledge and contacts to support other account team members in winning orders.
  • Develop value propositions with clearly described benefits of Kone México solutions for customer needs.
  • Manage national or frame agreements and customer contract portfolios.
  • Develop the profitability of customers' business with Kone México according to the account plan.
Leadership/People Management:
  • Determine the responsible Kone México organization for the account together with the area's sales manager.
  • Drive commitment to shared objectives among sales managers, sales persons, supervisors, and other Kone México team members.
  • Keep local sales persons and project managers up to date on agreed practices, coordinate, monitor, and report daily activities.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales (customer-facing).
  • CRM experience is a plus.
  • Experience in the Saudi market.
  • Arabic native and excellent English communication.
  • Presentation skills.
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, diligent, organized self-starter with an orientation towards a high level of customer service.
  • Passion for sales, with a proven track record and a strong customer focus.
