Sales Proposal Lead

The Saudi Telecom Company is hiring a skilled Sales Proposal Lead to develop and optimize sales proposals and bids. As a critical member of the Sales Team, you will be responsible for creating comprehensive sales proposals, RFP and RFI responses that align with strategic goals and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of sales proposals that demonstrate our products and services.
- Work closely with Finance Sector to ensure all financial requests, such as Financial Guarantees, are met.
- Participate in developing financial proposals and bids, including P&L in coordination with stakeholders.
- Ensure that all submissions to customers are of the highest quality and aligned with their requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to qualify opportunities (bid/no bid) and maintain consistency and customer requirement fulfillment across proposals.
- Monitor bid management activity, including sourcing request for proposal.
- Ensure all documentation and paperwork needed by customers are up-to-date and uploaded/submitted, as necessary.
- Design and implement unified bid templates and tools.
- Contribute to the company's success by performing other duties assigned by line manager.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Years of Experience:
- Preferred experience of (+3) years, or equivalent in the area of expertise.
Preferred Professional Certificates:
- Professional certification in Bid Management (APMP) is preferred.
Job Specific Skills:
- Intermediate proficiency in business acumen.
- Advance proficiency in STC's products and services.
- Intermediate proficiency in sales planning and process.
- Intermediate proficiency in recognizing needs and targeting customers.
- Intermediate command of sales/account management strategy development and implementation.
- Advance proficiency in writing and organizing skills.
