Territory Sales Development Representative

About the Role:
United Phosphorus Limited (UPL) is a leading global provider of sustainable agriculture products and solutions. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our sales team as a Territory Sales Development Representative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Territory Sales Managers with presentations at key grower/customer meetings to promote sales of UPL's products.
- Represent UPL at trade shows, meetings, and conventions within the assigned territory to build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Shadow Territory Sales Managers and/or Technical Service Managers during promotional/sales calls to retailers, distributors, and key growers to gain industry knowledge and sales skills.
- Assist with demo/trial work within the territory to demonstrate UPL's products and services.
- Receive hands-on agronomic training from Territory Sales Managers and/or Technical Service Managers to enhance knowledge of crop management and product applications.
- Collaborate with Territory Sales Managers to identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's or higher degree in Agronomy, Crop Sciences, Soil Science, or a related field.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with customers and internal teams.
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Travel and Location: The successful candidate will be required to travel extensively within the assigned territory, utilizing a company vehicle and fuel card. The position will be 100% remote, allowing the candidate to work from anywhere within the Eastern or Southeastern United States.
