About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at Raqtan Group. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion across our various business units.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Management: Develop and execute strategies to identify, qualify, and convert leads into sales opportunities.
  • Quotation Creation: Generate accurate and competitive quotations to meet customer needs and exceed sales targets.
  • Conversion Rate Improvement: Analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement effective strategies to enhance conversion rates.
  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and suggest changes to enhance sales and operations efficiency.
  • Operational Support: Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
  • Demonstrable track record of over-achieving sales targets.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience in sales and account management, with a focus on customer relationships.
  • Understanding of the after-sales service industry and its operations.
  • Problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify customer needs and challenges.
  • Analytical skills, with the ability to adapt sales strategies based on customer feedback.
  • Networking skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners.
