Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Success Alliance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers.

Your primary objective will be to identify new opportunities for our customers to leverage our solutions and services, while also mitigating churn and managing renewals. You will work closely with our account teams, industry teams, and solution management organization to ensure value delivery.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive renewals, expansions, and up-sells of subscription or perpetual license-based solutions. You will also be responsible for managing through crisis and de-escalating customer situations.

To succeed in this position, you will need to possess a strong executive presence and relationship-building skills. You should have deep knowledge of business models, strategies, and line-of-business processes. Additionally, you should have experience with cloud software solutions and delivery models.

You will work collaboratively with our internal stakeholders to ensure that we are delivering the best possible solutions to our customers. Your ability to communicate effectively and build trust with our customers will be critical to your success in this role.
