Key Responsibilities:
  • Buiding and sustaining strong relationships with company stakeholders and customers.
  • Delivering insights into product development and competitive positioning to drive sales growth.
  • Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities and staying ahead of the competition.
  • Executing strategies to secure business from potential clients in the target market.
  • Presenting company offerings and negotiating business deals with prospective clients.
  • Creating and improving proposals and tenders to encourage existing clients.
  • Using various communication tools to reach out to clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintaining relationships with current clients and assisting with their requests.
  • Performing additional duties or tasks as required.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the services and consultancy industry.
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to travel as needed and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and management skills.
  • Exceptional negotiation and decision-making skills.
  • Effective communication skills, with experience in recruitment or sales within the Energy, Process, or Infrastructure industry.
  • Experience working in a recruitment agency environment.
  • Detail-oriented.
