Ventures Onsite is a cutting-edge subscription-based platform that empowers businesses to make informed decisions about construction projects. As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving successful utilization of our product and delivering continued value to clients.

About the Role:

  • As a primary point of contact for customers, you will foster strong relationships and drive high customer satisfaction.
  • You will conduct regular business reviews with clients and maintain regular meetings to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Anticipate customers' requirements and challenges, and work collaboratively to ensure their success.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and annual targets, while maintaining high renewal rates aligned with company goals.
  • Educate customers on new features and services, and collaborate with them to design and implement a success plan tailored to their business objectives.
  • Cross-sell other product offerings from Ventures Middle East and contribute to the development of company goals and growth targets.

Requirements:

  • At least 1-2 years of sales and account management experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written communication.
  • Understanding of the construction and energy sector or SAAS.
  • Expertise in territory management and organization.
