- Staying up-to-date with changes in WCO, zakat, and tax rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Collaborating with internal teams to develop account management strategies and methodologies.
- Reviewing and enhancing account management standards, SLAs, forms, processes, and procedures.
- Evaluating new applications and documents from customers requesting to join ZATCA's AEO list.
