Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
  • Lead and manage a sales team, providing coaching and guidance to ensure achievement of targets.
  • Work closely with business strategy teams and top management to shape the company's expansion roadmap.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of sales leadership experience, preferably in real estate or high-growth industries.
  • Proven track record of scaling sales operations, driving revenue growth, and securing large enterprise deals.
  • Experience leading and managing large sales teams across multiple geographies within KSA.
