About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned professional to lead our Automotive category in KSA. As a Vendor Partnership Specialist, you will play a critical role in building strong relationships with vendors and driving business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in account management, project management, or buying experience. They will be responsible for negotiating terms of trade, building and maintaining a portfolio, and identifying automation opportunities.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced team and drive results-oriented initiatives. The successful candidate will possess great business judgment, a track record of strong project delivery, commercial negotiations, and relationship management.

The role involves working closely with multiple stakeholders, including marketing, marketplace, legal, supply chain, and operations teams. It also requires building partnerships with external vendors to drive selection from local and international vendors.

Responsibilities:

  1. Drive new strategic initiatives and business opportunities for the category.
  2. Negotiate terms of trade and operating model contracts with vendors.
  3. Build and maintain a portfolio to drive continuous traffic and engagement to the storefront.
  4. Identify automation opportunities to offer scalable solutions and improve key metrics such as selection, profitability, pricing, and availability.
  5. Own the P&L for hitting top and bottom-line targets and drive projects to improve profitability with critical stakeholders.
  6. SOURCE deals during Tier 1 & Tier 2 events to ensure value is offered to Prime Customers.
  7. Ensure content quality is best in class to improve conversion.
  8. Negotiate marketing funds from vendors for category visibility.
  9. Prepare, pitch, and close Annual JBP with vendors.
  10. MBR / QBR with vendors on performance and improvement.
