The Role
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to provide high-level administrative support to our client's Director. Based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, this role requires a professional with excellent communication and organizational skills to facilitate seamless interactions between management, clients, and customers. With a minimum of five years of Office Management experience in the Middle East, the successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of regional cultures and business practices.
Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of prioritizing and organizing workloads, both their own and their manager's. They will be responsible for arranging travel itineraries, meetings, and projects, demonstrating their ability to multitask and work autonomously. Excellent computer knowledge and first-class communication skills are essential for this role. Discretion and confidentiality are paramount, as the successful candidate will be working with sensitive information.
Requirements
