CARE is seeking a Regional VIP Charter Sales Manager to lead their sales efforts in the Middle East region. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with high-net-worth individuals, corporate clients, and key stakeholders, developing and implementing strategic sales plans, managing client portfolios, and negotiating charter contracts.

Ideal candidates will possess:

  • Extensive experience in private jet charter sales, preferably within the Middle East market
  • Established network of UHNWIs, corporate clients, and industry professionals
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Fluency in English; Arabic language proficiency is an advantage
  • A results-oriented approach with the ability to work independently and meet performance targets
