The Job Description:

This role supports customer onboarding, adoption, and satisfaction. The Customer Success Specialist works closely with the Customer Success Managers to ensure a positive customer experience and drive product adoption.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Onboarding: Assist with account setup, initial training, and basic support.
  • Customer Inquiry Response: Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat.
  • Product Navigation: Help customers navigate the product and troubleshoot common issues.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather and document customer feedback, feature requests, and pain points.
  • Support Documentation: Assist in creating and maintaining customer support documentation and FAQs.
  • Critical Issue Flagging: Identify and escalate critical customer issues to Customer Success Managers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer-facing roles or similar positions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and best practices.
