Key Responsibilities:
- Providing technical expertise to identify the most suitable KONE product for customer requirements
- Attending regular customer meetings, project follow-up meetings, and site coordination meetings
- Collaborating with Sales to find the optimal KONE product to meet customer needs
- Collaborating with Supply Line to place orders, manage manufacturing, and coordinate material delivery dates
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Minimum 5 years experience in the elevator business or another relevant field
- Excellent verbal and written English and Arabic language skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills
