Territory Development Manager, Endoscopy Solutions

As a Territory Development Manager at Stryker Group, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the Western Region. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your sales expertise and contribute to the success of our organization.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Identify and develop new business opportunities through existing relationships and market research.
* Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets and achieve business objectives.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless customer experiences and drive sales growth.
* Provide regular updates on sales performance and pipeline progress to management.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in business, medical, or a related field.
* Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in medical device sales within a clinical or operating room setting.
* Strong knowledge of sales techniques, marketing strategies, and product demonstration skills.
* Fluency in Arabic and good command of English.
