About the Opportunity

This role is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Sales Operations professional to join a dynamic and innovative organization. You will have the chance to make a significant impact on the sales organization's performance and contribute to the company's continued growth and success.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of sales operations, including pricing, planning, forecasting, quotas, incentives, analytics, lead flows, and Microsoft Dynamics/SFDC.
  • Provide key inputs into sales strategy, customer segmentation, organization structure, process improvement, and business analytics.
  • Act as a business consulting role, working closely with diverse user groups including Senior Management, Sales & Business Unit management, Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, and Legal.
  • Develop and support equitable assignment of sales force quotas and ensure quotas are optimally allocated to all sales channels and resources.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for sales process improvement and work closely with sales management to prioritize improvements.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years experience in Sales Operations with related responsibilities and BA/BS degree in Business, Finance or related area (Desirable but not mandatory).
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and to train, guide or assist others to perform complex assignments.
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task, handling multiple projects simultaneously, in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
  • Ability to reach out and work with senior management.
  • Strong capability to develop clear action plans and drive processes with numerous interdependencies.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, decision-making, organizational, time management, collaboration, and communication skills.
  • Ability to produce high-quality work with key attention to detail. Strong commitment to customer service.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and SFDC (including creation of SFDC dashboards).
