Company OverviewWe are a newly established Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) financing company, backed by a leading Saudi bank. Our mission is to provide innovative financial solutions that cater to the growing needs of SMEs and micro businesses in the region.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive SME and micro business financing growth, leveraging our network of strategic partners and industry expertise.
- Build and manage a pipeline of leads, ensuring high conversion rates and sustainable revenue growth through effective relationship-building and deal structuring.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with business owners, corporate clients, and financial partners, fostering trust and driving successful financing agreements.
- Lead client acquisition, negotiations, and deal structuring, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of tailored financing solutions.
Mandatory:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in SME or micro business sales within banks, financial institutions, or financing companies.
- Proven track record of managing client relationships and successfully closing financing deals.
- Extensive network and strong relationships within SME and business sectors.
- Ability to craft and execute strategic partnerships that drive business growth.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
- Take a leadership role in shaping the sales strategy of a newly established financing company.
