Job Title: Administrative Manager

We are a Saudi government entity that aims to build top talent in the Tourism industry. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Manager to support our team in achieving our strategic objectives.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing administration activities to ensure the implementation of sector requirements and identify improvement opportunities that contribute to achieving short and medium-term strategic objectives within defined key performance indicators, agreed budgets, and approved policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide administrative support to the Legal team to enhance overall division effectiveness, including facilitating communication, organizing meetings, and managing documentation.
  2. Oversee the daily workflow related to all tasks and activities, ensuring priorities are set, and schedules are adjusted as necessary to meet deadlines.
  3. Assist in making key decisions to ensure the Legal Division meets expectations and successfully implements its initiatives.
  4. Actively participate in the development and implementation of special initiatives within the Legal Division, contributing to the strategic goals of the Saudi Tourism Authority.
  5. Regularly report on the performance of Legal Division initiatives to relevant stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with organizational objectives.
  6. Track and monitor all deadlines related to Legal Division tasks and projects, provide timely reminders to ensure timelines are adhered to, stakeholders are kept informed, and projects are progressing smoothly.
  7. Oversee the archiving processes and organizing legal documents and files to ensure easy access to information and the safeguarding of records, including organizing the archive in a manner that facilitates document retrieval and ensuring all documents are stored securely and confidentially.
  8. Monitor the execution of Legal Division projects and ensure the achievement of defined goals according to approved timelines, as well as ensuring adherence to the allocated budget and financial regulations, in coordination with all relevant parties.
  9. Perform other activities as and when required.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent is preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a relevant field.
