About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to lead our key account sales efforts in the Western region of Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will develop and execute a sales strategy that maximises revenue growth, improves profitability, and strengthens customer relationships.

  • Sales Strategy Development: Create a sales plan that balances short-term objectives with long-term goals, leveraging market insights, customer feedback, and competitor analysis to drive business results.
  • Account Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, fostering open communication, resolving issues promptly, and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Market Analysis & Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with market trends, customer preferences, and competitive activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership skills, inspiring their team to achieve sales targets and driving business growth. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
