Job Summary: As a key member of our sales team, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the HORECA sector. This role requires a strong understanding of sales strategies, customer relationships, and market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Planning and Execution: Develop and implement sales plans to meet or exceed annual targets, focusing on enhancing product visibility, outperforming competitors, and fostering positive customer relationships.
  2. Customer Engagement: Serve as the primary contact for existing and new customers, negotiating sales growth and gathering data to assess customer performance.
  3. Inventory Management and Forecasting: Assist in forecasting volume, managing inventory, and collaborating cross-departmentally to ensure superior service levels and customer satisfaction.
  4. Distribution and In-Store Visibility: Develop distribution and in-store visibility plans regionally for effective implementation, while tracking Long-Term Agreements (LTA) to manage P&L and achieve sales goals.
  5. Cost Optimization and Customer Engagement: Optimize cost-to-serve, manage account visibility investments, and conduct customer engagements to meet performance standards.
  6. Compliance and Governance: Adhere to organizational policies, systems, processes, and procedures, ensuring compliance with corporate requirements and regulatory directives for a safe and compliant environment.

Requirements

  1. Education and Certifications: Bachelor's degree or master's of Business Administration or relevant qualification.
  2. Experience: 3-4 years of experience in Sales and Key Account Management in HORECA Sales. Emphasis on sales of protein (Meat, Poultry, Fish, Condiments).
  3. Skills:
