Enterprise Services Sales Manager

Responsibilities

  1. Developing and executing services sales strategy for assigned customer(s).
  2. Driving sales of new services within customers, managing programs, service product launches, and best practices; liaising with management on clients' side.
  3. Forecasting and reporting the business, building the pipeline for the future.
  4. Publishing service responses for Request for Proposals (RFP) and new service bids or proposals.
  5. Close cooperation as part of the account team(s) and with other departments both at internal market and abroad (technical department, marketing department, 'vertical teams').
  6. Cooperation with Cisco Partners.
  7. Ensure that customer support is being addressed as per the agreed upon Service Level and ensure that all required teams are aligned to reach and maintain customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  1. 7+ years of professional experience in value-based sales positions in the Internet, Communication, Technology (ICT) sector, preferably in a modern international environment.
  2. Strong experience and understanding of the specifics of service, consulting, and advisory services sales.
  3. Proven experience in direct and indirect selling to the most strategic accounts.
  4. Self-starter and strong closer personality with multi-tasking ability.
  5. Outstanding communication skills, independence, and self-motivation.
  6. Experience in Operation & Maintenance (O&M) contracts/projects.
  7. Good understanding of the enterprise sector procurement process and buying cycle.
