Job Description

As a Strategic Partnership Expert at TechnohandZ Global, you will be responsible for establishing and enhancing partnership models with various segments, ensuring full alignment with the corporate strategy and objectives. Your role will involve supporting the identification of potential strategic partners that align with the organization's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement partnership negotiation models to ensure successful agreements and targets accomplishment.
2. Establish long-term partnerships relationships management plans and build/maintain strong, long-term relationships with strategic partners to maximize collaboration and success.
3. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives.
4. Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new partnership opportunities and keep existing partnerships competitive.
5. Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of partnerships and regularly analyze and report on the performance of strategic initiatives.
6. Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with partnerships to protect the interests of the organization.
7. Proactively seek innovative and creative partnership opportunities that can drive growth and innovation.

Requirements
1. Bachelor's or master's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or a related field, with a track record of successfully establishing and managing partnerships.
3. Strong negotiation and deal-making skills, with the ability to create win-win scenarios for both parties.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and build strong relationships.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess partnership opportunities and measure their success.
6. A deep understanding of the industry, market trends, and the competitive landscape.
7. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and navigate a dynamic business environment.
8. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority.
