Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop account profiles and execute sales plans to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Apply market and account skills necessary for effective sales engagement with target audiences.
  • Identify and contact potential customers or prospects, either existing or new, to expand our customer base and drive revenue growth.
  • Secure customer satisfaction by overseeing all ongoing activities with the customer, ensuring timely delivery and order fulfillment.
  • Utilize sales management tools to manage sales funnels and develop account plans that drive results.
  • Provide regular forecasts and summaries to stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Contribute to the preparation of analysis and reports on field service performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the quotation team to prepare sales quotations and proposals that meet customer needs and expectations.
  • Work closely with Inside Service Sales Representatives and the BU account manager to maximize business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  • Educate customers on Schneider Electric products and services, highlighting recurring and digital offers that meet their needs.
  • Participate in trade shows and marketing/sales seminars as needed to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
