- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a luxury hospitality sales and/or marketing role, with demonstrated leadership and strategic acumen
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and optimising market share in the hospitality industry
- Strong understanding of the luxury hospitality market, preferably with knowledge of the Middle Eastern market
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Proficiency in CRM systems, sales analytics tools, and digital marketing platforms
- Outstanding leadership abilities with experience in mentoring and developing high-performing teams
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close high-value deals
- In-depth knowledge of revenue management principles and practices
- Innovative mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Cultural sensitivity and awareness, particularly in relation to the unique aspects of operating in Makkah
- Fluency in English required; Arabic language skills highly advantageous
