Customer Complaints Resolution Specialist

FAB is seeking a skilled Customer Complaints Resolution Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving, classifying, and dispatching customer complaints received from various sources.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both in English and Arabic, and be able to analyze complaints and provide strategic solutions to limit causes of complaints.
- Receive and classify customer complaints from CRM, SAMA, and other channels.
- Dispatch complaints to the corresponding functions for timely resolution.
- Liaise with business units to follow up on dispatched complaints.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 3+ years relevant experience in the banking industry or any relevant financial industry.
- Excellent communication skills in English & Arabic.
- Problem-solving skills, quality focus, product knowledge, market knowledge, documentation skills, listening skills, phone skills, resolving conflict, analyzing information, multi-tasking.
