Benefits Administration Executive

The Benefits Administration Executive will be responsible for administering benefits programs, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
A key aspect of this position is processing daily additions/deletions requests, maintaining accurate records, and providing timely responses to stakeholders. The successful candidate will collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless day-to-day operations and participate in regular meetings with clients and insurers to foster open communication.
To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of benefits administration principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently. Your proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, will be beneficial in preparing reports and analyzing data.
A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in benefits administration or a related field is required, along with fluency in English and Arabic, both verbally and written. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building relationships with stakeholders and representing WTW with integrity.
