The successful candidate will be responsible for:

HR Administration:

  • Managing employee records, contracts, and compliance with labour laws.
  • Coordinating probation periods and contract renewals.

Payroll & Benefits Management:

  • Supporting payroll processing, including accurate and timely submissions.
  • Providing guidance on benefits administration and employee queries.

Employee Onboarding & Offboarding:

  • Facilitating new hire onboarding and training.
  • Handling offboarding processes, including exit interviews and clearance.

HR Systems & Reporting:

  • Maintaining HR Information Systems (HRIS) and generating reports on employee demographics.

Employee Relations:

  • Responding to employee inquiries and providing data analysis for business decisions.
