About the role

Experienced Account Management professional, overseeing and participating in various Account Management and customer relationship management processes. Responsible for representing the company's interests and building business relationships to enhance account management performance.

Requirements

We are looking for people with a high-level background to approach accounts. If this is you, get in touch.

As a minimum you must have:

  • 5 – 10 years of experience in the HVAC business or related fields with a focus on Major Projects
  • Fluent in both English & Arabic in written and verbal communications
  • Proven solid track record of sales in Saudi market
  • Dynamic & passion for sales, customer oriented

You need to demonstrate good knowledge:

  • About the business market in KSA
  • Demonstrates a high level of planning & organization skills on a daily basis
  • Self-aware, recognizing the impact of approach and behaviors on customers, peers, and other internal and external contacts
  • Customer focused style, demonstrating success through a 'Voice of the Customer' approach

Responsibilities

As a Manager, Sales Account Management, you'll be responsible for:

  • Developing a professional relationship to understand customer needs and suggest products and/or services that meet those needs, ensuring customer satisfaction through executing the sales process
  • Conducting business development activities for the account management teams on different customer segments
  • Working with the team on major projects
  • Developing and promoting new customer contact leads
  • Developing personal customer relationships with prospective accounts to influence opportunities
  • Creating customer presentations for specific needs
  • Generating new business and ensuring growth of existing accounts
  • Meeting the forecast and the goals set for sales and orders
  • Increasing market share
  • Following up on quotation status with customers
  • Understanding project requirements and pitching the right solution with the support of application engineer
  • Coordinating with factories on required pricing and support
  • Reviewing final technical submittals and contracts
  • Negotiating pricing and payment terms with customers
  • Following up on payments with customers
  • Participating in weekly/monthly sales review meetings
  • Gathering market insights and generating new leads
  • Coordinating with factories on equipment and arranging deliveries
  • Following up on the complete delivery cycle
  • Making project costing
  • Conducting customer visits
  • Reviewing technical proposals in detail
