This role requires a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our world-class team as the Head of Sales for the prestigious Black Hat MEA conferences and training programs. As a pivotal leader within our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue through expert account management and exceptional sales skills.
In this dynamic position, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, promoting and selling delegate tickets to our world-class conferences and training programs. Your strategic vision and strong leadership abilities will be instrumental in achieving our organization's continued growth and success. You will demonstrate your expertise in handling high-value group bookings, with a focus on cultivating long-lasting relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Your outstanding account development acumen will be key to achieving delegate volumes and pipeline development. In this role, you will closely collaborate with our exceptional marketing team to identify new opportunities, create tailored solutions, and devise strategies to exceed targets.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Set and exceed delegate sales and revenue goals for our diverse range of physical and digital offerings, while adhering to established timelines
- Deliver timely pipeline and forecast reports to the executive team, showcasing a clear and actionable overview of progress
- Drive new business growth by identifying and converting potential delegate sponsors, consistently achieving new business objectives
- Enhance and expand delegate sponsorship for our physical and digital events by delivering an outstanding return on investment (ROI) for our partners
- Lead and mentor the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to maximize their performance and professional growth
- Maintain a strong market presence by actively monitoring and researching industry trends, staying ahead of the competition, and integrating relevant benchmarks
- Collaborate with marketing, production, and executive teams by providing ongoing, constructive feedback to refine strategies and ensure success across all departments
