A pre-sales professional acts as a bridge between sales and technical teams, understanding customer needs, proposing solutions, conducting demonstrations, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
**Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (KSA)**
**ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Working closely with internal sales team and customers, providing technical response to RFP/RFI with formally excellent and timely manner.
- Excellent Presenting / Demonstrating product capabilities to customers
- Assessing integration feasibility and value outcome of a security solution and conveying impact on customer business goals
- Ability to work within a strategic framework as part of a team and as well as individual contributor to advise and implement security solutions in customer environment.
- Keeping healthy relationships with partners and customers
- Willing to learn new technologies and delivering POC / live demos to customers
- Skilled in hands-on, technical, problem solving.
- Working with cross functional teams to position product and solutions effectively to customer
- Good understanding of competitive products, security technologies and key differentiators to position right solutions to meet customer requirements.
- Travel is expected in this role.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- 5+ years of experience in information security
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to identify and mitigate Operating System & network vulnerabilities
- Understand Exposure Management, patch management, firewalls, antivirus and IDPS and other network concepts
- Experienced in deploying cyber security software and documenting security issues
- Good knowledge in Linux / RHEL / Windows OS and servers and networking fundamentals
- Taking ownership of projects, creative and time bound in managing/responding to concurrent requests from sales team
- Previous experience in pre-sales or deployment of security solutions is value added
- Ability to understand/write/troubleshoot scripts
- Ability to write RFPs with customers
- Desire to Innovate and Problem-solving skills
