Brand Positioning

o Support to ensure that Consumer Proposition & Brand Identity is reflected in all instore activations for Modern & Traditional Trade, as per the brand direction.

Operational Management

o Assist in the monthly Business & Category Development plans and promotions by channel

o Assist in the NPD launches, ie: distribution and visibility drives

o Follow up production, volumes, delivery and allocation of POSM based on agreed volumes with the sales team for instore activations.

o Follow up “Shape the Trade” execution.

Co-ordination

o Follow up with external suppliers/agencies and the organization, for all activities related to the execution of trade marketing plans and as per MT/TT brand guidelines.

o Follow up/assist procedures for preparation, executing of all trade marketing activities.

o Follow up/assist in the development of the Annual in store activities calendar by channel.

o Follow up and share the development of the sales tool kit with sales team.

Reporting

o Follow up and report weekly progress of the execution of trade marketing calendar via direct report executives

o Follow up and report competitor activities based on planned market visits.

o Analyze data and trends, investigate issues related to execution, identify solutions and recommend actions
