- We are looking for a passionate and results-oriented Partner Account Manager to join our Client's team and drive significant business growth. You will build and manage strong relationships with channel partners, maximizing wallet share and ensuring optimal account penetration.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with key channel partners, fostering a collaborative and mutually beneficial environment.
- Conduct regular partner visits, providing product updates, promotional details, and sales training to empower their success.
- Proactively identify new business opportunities by staying current on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
- Expand channel reach by mapping potential customers and generating qualified leads.
- Lead negotiations and implement strategic sales initiatives, including pricing strategies, promotions, and new product launches.
- Partner with sales and marketing teams to develop effective customer/channel plans for assigned accounts.
- Cultivate strong relationships with customers at all levels, proactively addressing their needs and concerns.
- Manage the sales pipeline, providing accurate forecasts and progress updates.
- Oversee all aspects of the sales cycle, including quotations, pricing, order fulfillment, and customer database maintenance.
- Manage customer billing and ensure timely collections.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of successful sales experience within the IT industry.
- Proven track record of managing and growing SMB accounts in the Saudi Arabian market.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working within the KSA market.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and networks across diverse sectors.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to deliver impactful presentations.
- Fluency in Arabic is a plus.
- Valid Transferable Iqama required.
