Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising:
- Possess experience in the creation and management of PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and diverse social media channels.
- Skillfully manage facets including keyword selection, composition of ad copy, bid administration, and A/B testing.
Social Media Marketing:
- Display a profound comprehension of social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
- Validate a track record of leveraging these platforms to fabricate captivating content, nurture community engagement, and stimulate traffic to the company website.
**Requirements**:
- Experience: A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in digital sales and marketing, with a significant portion of that experience directly within the insurance industry or big e-commerce platform.
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the insurance sector, including its nuances, trends, and customer behaviors.
- Digital Expertise: Proven track record of devising and implementing successful digital marketing strategies, particularly within the insurance domain.
- Sales Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to achieve and surpass annual sales targets within the insurance business lines of Motor, General, Health, and/or Life insurance.
- Lead Generation and Conversion: Hands-on experience in designing targeted digital campaigns, optimizing landing pages, and employing effective lead nurturing techniques to enhance conversion rates.
- Partnership Development: Strong aptitude for identifying and establishing partnerships and co-selling collaborations, enhancing the company's network and revenue potential.
- Performance Marketing: Established expertise in planning and executing performance-based digital campaigns that yield measurable outcomes, including lead generation, conversion enhancement, and meticulous ROI monitoring.
- SEO Mastery: Proficiency in optimizing digital platform content and conducting comprehensive keyword research to enhance organic search rankings and bolster online visibility.
- PPC Management: Proven ability to create, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and various social media channels. Experience in keyword selection, ad copy creation, bid management, and A/B testing.
