**THE ROLE**
Senior Sales Engineer
- Location: Riyadh, KSA
- Experience: 7-13 years.
Pre-Sales Engineers at Seclore will collaborate with sales and other teams to identify and design the best solution that addresses our prospects / customers business needs. As a trusted customer advocate, you will drive successful business outcomes across a broad set of enterprise customers through your passion for discovery, needs identification, solution design and presentation, solution consulting and sales.
**Responsibilities**:
- Partner with the sales team and engage with prospective customers to introduce Seclore’s products and solutions
- Develop an understanding of customer needs and design/deliver high-quality C-level presentations and technical demos that meet them
- Handle the first level of prospect communication (phone, Online, or Physical) and qualify the prospect from a use case and technical perspective
- Own and run the technical evaluation phases,
- o Identify Scope - Understand technical environment, technology landscape, business requirements, evaluation scope
- o Pre-requisites - Discuss and agree on the users, pre-requisites, infrastructure, test scenarios, and script
- o Technical Evaluation -documentation, user training, user handholding, address queries/concerns
- o Technical Closure - Gather user feedback
- Provide support to the Partner ecosystems in creating a best fit solution for prospects/customers
- Partner technical relationship management and enablement
- Do Solutioning, demo and run proof-of-concept
- Work on the RFP (REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL) bids
