About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Partnerships & Alliances Lead to join our team at sirar by stc, a cutting-edge cybersecurity provider. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing our partner ecosystem, leading vendor searches and evaluations, and designing and implementing partnership plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth through partnerships and alliances.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and partners, ensuring alignment with our business objectives.
  • Lead the vendor search and evaluation process, identifying potential partners and assessing their capabilities.
  • Design and implement partnership plans, including training, account, and marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with sales, pre-sales, and post-sales teams to ensure seamless execution of partnership plans.
  • Manage joint exercises with vendor channel management, including business planning, account mapping, and pipeline building.
  • Communicate sirar by stc's views to vendors, understanding their interests and implications on the partnership.
  • Lead technology RFI/RFQ/RFP processes, collaborating with sales and proposal teams to source quotes and proposals.
  • Anticipate and solve issues, facilitating conflict resolution, managing escalation, and negotiating with vendors on ongoing business and partnership agreements.
  • Identify and manage potential risks posed by partnerships, including developing contingency planning and opportunities for realizing and increasing value.
  • Manage reseller agreements, including training, account, and marketing plans, ensuring all parties meet their obligations.
  • Upgrade, maintain, and renew partnerships with strategic vendors, leading audits conducted by partners.
  • Monitor gap analysis reports and take necessary actions with relevant teams to identify and manage resources nominations to achieve required certifications.
  • Manage incentives, including rebates, MDFs, JMFs, and BIFs with vendors/distributors.
  • Establish performance standards, scorecards, and data gathering required to evaluate and manage partnership performance.
  • Conduct ongoing business and performance reviews with vendors, producing relevant management reports.
  • Negotiate partner agreements among potential partners and internal stakeholders, executing a wide range of partner agreements covering various transactions.
  • Design an appropriate operating model to generate expected value.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Preferred Certifications:
  • Certified Commercial Contract Manager (CCCM)
  • Certified Professional Contract Manager (CPCM)
  • CCMA
  • Certificate in Contract negotiations.
Experience:
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience.
Skills:
  • Advanced communication and analytical skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in business acumen.
  • Advanced proficiency in sirar by stc's products/services.
  • Intermediate proficiency in cybersecurity industry awareness.
  • Intermediate proficiency in managing relationships.
  • Intermediate proficiency in recognizing vendor's & partner's needs.
