The Key Account Manager at Al Futtaim Private Company (LLC) plays a vital role in driving business growth by cultivating relationships with both potential and existing fleet customers. This position focuses on presenting tailored fleet mobility solutions to B2B and B2G clients, with a strong emphasis on achieving sales objectives while ensuring high customer satisfaction and revenue generation.

Responsibilities
  • Achieve corporate sales targets set by the department lead.
  • Develop strong relationships with potential key accounts to secure annual purchase plans.
  • Maintain and cultivate relationships with B2B accounts within assigned territories, providing ongoing support.
  • Identify business opportunities by establishing contacts with fleet customer prospects and analyzing sales options.
  • Be the single point of contact for all key account-related inquiries or concerns for Al Futtaim.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market changes, and competitors' activities to identify product and service improvements.
  • Ensure business process standards are maintained, including monitoring customer data capture and accuracy at all points of sale.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related fields.
  • KSA Automotive B2B experience.
  • 5 years in dealership or major account sales role dealing with Rental, Government, and Corporate organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of customer service principles, including needs assessment and quality standards.
  • Understanding of marketing strategies, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic required, with strong communication skills in both languages.
