Job Description
We're looking for an experienced professional to join our Sales team as a Field Solutions Engineer. This role will involve performing pre-sales support activities, conducting product demonstrations, and engaging with customers to understand their business needs.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide pre-sales support and technical expertise to customers and channel partners.
- Conduct online and on-site product demonstrations, webinars, and presentations at partner events and trade shows.
- Engage in discovery sessions to understand customer requirements and design solutions to meet those needs.
- Maintain and continually upgrade your technical understanding of products, providing training to other team members where necessary.
- Advise Inside and Outside Sales on technical pre-sales support functions, providing expert advice on the best solutions to fit customer requirements.
- Perform pre-sales technical support duties, including product configuration and troubleshooting of customer issues.
- Present customer feedback, including feature requests and product issues, to Product Management and Development teams.
- Communicate with customers throughout the project, providing ongoing support and maintenance once the solution is deployed.
Your Requirements
- At least 3 years of sales experience, preferably in a pre-sales role.
- A strong mix of technical ability, sales, and customer interaction skills.
- Fluent Arabic and English speaker.
- Exceptional oral and written communication and presentation skills are critical.
- Substantial experience in one or more of the following: Observability, ITSM, Database Management, Networking & Security Solutions.
- We encourage development learning, so relevant certifications/accreditations are a plus.
- Experience with cloud-based technologies, AWS and Azure IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS is an advantage.
