About the RoleAs a Technical Pre-Sales Engineer at Nybl, you'll collaborate with our sales team to provide technical expertise to customers, understanding their needs and proposing suitable solutions.
You'll be responsible for designing and delivering tailored solutions that meet each customer's unique needs and challenges, driving sales success and customer satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities:- Work closely with sales teams to comprehend customer requirements and propose suitable technical solutions.
- Develop and deliver compelling product demonstrations, presentations, and proof of concepts (PoCs) to showcase the capabilities of Nybl's products or services.
- Design customized solutions that align with each customer's unique needs and challenges.
- Lead the development and execution of PoCs, working closely with customers to demonstrate the feasibility and value of our solutions.
- Provide timely and accurate technical support to sales teams and potential customers by addressing their inquiries and concerns.
- Conduct competitive analysis to gain insights into market trends and positioning, contributing to strategic decision-making.
- Gather valuable feedback from customers and communicate insights to product development teams to drive continuous improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, ensuring Nybl remains at the forefront of innovation.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a technical pre-sales or similar role, preferably within the AI or SaaS industry.
- Technical expertise in relevant technologies or products, with a deep understanding of AI concepts and applications.
- Experience in conducting proof of concepts (PoCs) and delivering technical presentations to diverse audiences.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, coupled with a collaborative mindset.
- Experience working with CRM and other sales tools is advantageous.
