We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Consultant to join our Global Services team. As a key partner to our sales team and customers, you will support the sales team in shaping desired customer outcomes and designing executable offerings to deliver value across the customer lifecycle.
This role is responsible for establishing and shaping desired customer outcomes and designing executable offerings to deliver value across the customer lifecycle. You will work closely with sales and delivery teams to ensure that IFS proposals follow best practices and standards while minimizing risk to both the customer and IFS.
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in a customer-facing and/or pre-sales role, with proficiency in English and strong verbal and written communication skills. Additionally, they will thrive in a deadline-driven environment, working across multiple functions and geographical locations.
