We are a trusted technology solutions provider, and we are seeking a highly skilled IT Sales Executive Manager to join our team. As an IT Account Manager at Al Watania, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within client organizations.
  2. Business Understanding: Understand clients' business objectives and challenges, and align our products and services to meet their needs.
  3. Solution Development: Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized IT solutions that address clients' requirements.
  4. Presentation and Sales: Present and demonstrate our products and solutions to clients, highlighting their value and benefits.
  5. Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing new deals.
  6. Proposal and Presentation Development: Prepare and deliver persuasive proposals, quotes, and sales presentations.
  7. Sales Performance Tracking: Track and report on sales activities, pipeline, and revenue forecasts.
  8. Industry Knowledge: Stay current with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings.
Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  2. Experience: 2 or more years of experience in IT account management or sales.
  3. Performance History: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  4. Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT solutions and services, with the ability to articulate their value to clients.
  5. Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  6. Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  7. Strategic Thinking: Strategic mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  8. Self-Motivation: Self-motivated and target-driven, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  9. Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
