Job Description
">We are currently seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Client Services Partner (CSP). As a CSP, you will play a vital role in shaping how our portfolio of service offerings is positioned and sold to customers. You will work closely with the sales team to establish desired customer outcomes and design executable offerings to deliver value across the customer lifecycle.

">Responsibilities

- Collaborate with the sales team to shape customer requirements and pitch services aligned with customer objectives.">
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and identify opportunities for growth.">
- Lead the services content of bids, underpinning documentation, contracts, and Statements of Work (SOWs).">
- Ensure proposals follow best practices and standards while minimizing risk to both the customer and IFS.">
Requirements
">To excel in this role, you will need:

- At least 10 years of experience in a customer-facing and/or pre-sales role in customer success, professional services, management consultancy, or project management.">
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence deals internally.">
- Experience working in a deadline-driven environment with multiple functions and geographical locations.">
- Willingness to travel throughout the region as required.">
- Competency in using tools like Microsoft Powerpoint, Excel, Power BI, and Gen AI for data analysis, reporting, and presentation purposes.">
