Job Summary

  • We seek a highly skilled Sales Transformation & Training Project Leader to join our team in Riyadh, focusing on the implementation of a structured sales process and enhancing sales strategies and operational effectiveness.
  • The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of sales processes, CRM systems, and analytical skills, with excellent communication, leadership, and training abilities.
  • You will be working closely with the leadership team to provide strategic insights and recommendations for continuous improvement, ensuring alignment with global standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a structured sales process across the organization, leveraging CRM systems for seamless adoption and performance tracking.
  • Analyze sales operations, identify performance gaps, and design targeted solutions to elevate sales teams' skills and customer solutions.
  • Collaborate with senior management to enhance sales strategies and operational effectiveness, driving data-driven decision-making and improvements.
