Business Development Partner

The Elaf Group is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Partner to join our team. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will act as a partner to our business units, embedding corporate strategy and providing expert guidance and support.
You will be responsible for implementing project work and other activities in our Corporate Office, collaborating with Corporate HR to ensure the right talent is identified, recruited, developed, deployed, promoted, and retained.
Key Accountabilities:
- Determine efficient and effective service delivery methods based on costs, ratios, and analytics tools.
- Work with Business Unit General Managers to set and communicate demand fulfillment priorities.
- Represent HR at the business table and manage relationships between HR and business decision-makers.
- Collaborate with Corporate HR to ensure talent is aligned with business strategy.
- Provide advice and consulting services to Business Unit General Managers on human capital planning, application, and management.
- Monitor people implications of business conditions and facilitate changes to deliver desired outcomes.
- Assist departments' heads in identifying required training and development plans and programs.
- Implement training and development programs and coordinate with Corporate HR.
- Assist departments' heads in developing yearly manpower plans and budgets.
- Collaborate with other HRBP within the Elaf Group to identify and manage HR solution impacts.
- Implement performance achievement strategies for managerial levels and below.
Qualification:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or similar.
Experience:
- At least 3-5 years of Human Resources and Management experience with day-to-day HR operations.
- Experience in upscale hospitality environments is a plus.
Skills/Attributes:
- High command of MS applications like Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Knowledge of HR systems.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English, both oral and written.
- Basic financial knowledge.
- Analytical skills and organization.
