Your Responsibilities

Manage strong relationships with Recruiters, contributing to their sales strategy.

Taking responsibility for service experience delivery.

Execute regional sales plans in collaboration with the reporting manager.

Identify Recruiter growth opportunities and areas of potential risk.

Achieve and exceed student enrollment targets.

Serve as the primary point of contact for all Recruiters.

Support inquiries and provide prompt responses while maximizing leads.

Produce business performance reports as required.

Represent Adventus Partner Universities & Institutions at exhibitions and recruitment events.

Lead Recruiter-facing activities and oversee student recruitment activities in the region.

Manage Recruiter networks, focusing on depth of relationship and adherence to SLAs, to improve Recruiter satisfaction.

Monitor competitor activity for greater in-market awareness and analysis.

Comply with Adventus policies and applicable laws.
