Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Transformation & Training Project Leader to join our team at Foreground LLC in Riyadh.

Company Overview:

Our partner, a leading global organization specializing in fitness and wellness solutions, is looking for an expert to lead the implementation of a structured sales process across their organization.

About the Role:

You will collaborate with senior management to enhance sales strategies and operational effectiveness. Additionally, you will manage and optimize CRM systems, ensuring seamless adoption and performance tracking.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a structured sales process that drives business growth and improvement.
  • Analyze sales operations, identify performance gaps, and develop targeted solutions.
  • Design and deliver training programs to elevate the sales team's skills, focusing on process execution and customer solutions.
  • Conduct field visits to observe, coach, and provide actionable feedback to the sales team.
  • Partner with the leadership team to provide strategic insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Key Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of experience in sales operations, consulting, or roles within multinational organizations.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and CRM systems (Salesforce experience is preferred).
  • Proven ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and training skills.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic.

Earnings:

The estimated annual salary for this role is around $120,000 - $150,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
