We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Accounting Specialist to join our team at SOFITEL.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reconcile and verify revenue center reports daily.
  • Ensure accurate and compliant paperwork collection from various departments.
  • Monitor and review rebates, paid outs, and miscellaneous charges.
  • Balance food and beverage and other outlet revenues.
  • Prepare and distribute daily business reports.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems.
  • Audit catering functions and documents.
  • Support monthly closings and balance sheet analysis.
  • Assist with guest inquiries and requests.
  • Process invoices for guest charges.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role in hospitality.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience at the same level.
  • Proficiency in Sun System, Opera, Micros, and Vision.
