Job Description:

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our growth initiatives globally.
  • The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of both the insurance and financial technology landscapes, coupled with a passion for innovation and a proven track record of forging strong business relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify new market opportunities, develop strategic alliances, and drive initiatives that enhance our presence and impact globally.
  • Sales Support: Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a cohesive approach to market penetration and customer acquisition.
  • Product Development Collaboration: Work with the product development team to relay market feedback and ensure our digital ecosystem continues to meet and exceed market expectations.
  • Brand Ambassador: Represent XA Group at industry events, conferences, and seminars, establishing our brand as a leader in the insurance technology space.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in business development, preferably within the insurance technology or fintech sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in developing strategic partnerships and achieving business growth objectives.
